Our campaign put real adult social care workers at the heart of the story, with over 200 people sharing honest and uplifting truths about the work they do. Captured beautifully by photographer Gary Salter, these voices helped transform perceptions and spark action, generating more than 20,900 applications, doubling the target and proving that when real people speak, real change happens.
